Thank you for the invitation to learn from you. I have been trying to learn and understand how energy works, so I can master it. It is the fundamental key to blending with everything. It is extremely underestimated as you well know. You are a true Master and I sincerely appreciate you and your family for sharing this knowledge to help others like myself. I have not yet had the chance to read the ebook yet, but I am sure it will become my favorite book. Thank You from New Zealand.

Hard questions to answer as there are so many scenarios that can happen. The best advice I can give is to talk you way out of it, if that fails try to keep your back to the wall or corner so you can’t get snuck up upon so easily. Don’t let yourself get surrounded. You can use objects of people as shields. If you have keys in your hand, use that as a weapon. These are just some common sense advice. Let your tamraining take over for you. If you are trained well, things will happen naturally. Don’t try to think of what you should do just feel and let nature takes its due course, remember, if you think, you stink. Better to feel to deal to make them squeal.

What must I do to keep up my Wing Chun progress daily without equipments? I have absolutely no idea what to train beside the forms and some moving and straight punching.
