Brilliant……loved the clear and concise explanations of complex issues. There are a lot of instructors but very few teachers – you are one of the rare teachers!

Thank you for the lessons and the ebook. I will try to incorporate them into my current training as my energy allows at age 63. I am averaging 1 Kali, 5 grappling, and 3 striking classes per week at Erik Paulson’s CSW (Combat Submission Wrestling). I know Coach Erik and Guru Mark (Mark Sales, who teaches the Kali) are former students at Dan Inosanto’s academy, so they are familiar with some of these movements and can guide me. Guru Mark often incorporates Jeet Kune Do, Panatukan, and Silat into our training. There is a Wing Chun dummy at the school but they have not finished setting it up. Will I need that to practice the movements that are coming later?

Hey Mike, congrats on your dedication brother. It sounds like your energy is just fine! However, who couldn’t use even more in this day and age? I would highly suggest our Qigong course starting at 1x a day in the morning and then increase to 2x a day morning and then before bed at night. So happy you can work on things at your school locally, that is awesome!

We do have a whole section on the jong (Wing Chun dummy) with not just sets, but the breakdowns and applications as well. It’s not mandatory, but it is a great tool and recommended. 🙂

    Hello,
This just blew my mind away, so much connections.

Does Sifu Phu goes in Europe or Asia sometimes ?
It would be a great honor to learn in person from him, even for 5 minutes.

Thank you for your videos, people 🙂

Nothing is set in stone right now. He has been there before and may likely be there again.

Hi Guys, I must admit that I was really impressed by this lesson and found this very interesting and useful. Is there a video that can be purchased containing this info and especially a vid on Tai Chi with applications since that is basically what I study. I like watching you on you-tube and study what you have to teach there as well.
Thanks again for a great video lesson.
