Yang Style Tai Chi Course Curriculum

 

Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan
Meaning grand ultimate fist, tai chi is commonly known for its health benefit and relaxation. It is known as a moving meditation. It is also as deadly as in martial arts as it is beneficial for its health. Developing tai chi is all about proper postures. The goal is to transition from one posture to another while maintaining principles of energy in our body and mind.
Module 1 Form (Section 1)
Form – set of prearranged sequential movements designed to develop muscle memory to train the body, mind, and spirit. When muscle memory is learned, we develop a natural way to move properly enhancing our balance, body connection, forward energy, and control.
