Hey family, how have you been? Even though it’s only been a few weeks since I last spoke to ya’ll, it feels like it’s been so long. I suppose because so much has happened in the past few weeks it makes it feel like it has been too long!
While there is a ton to share, I am going to keep this post relatively short as I am working on journaling a lot of what has occurred down.
But first, I want to give a shoutout to Sifu Larry for taking care of the majority of customer support and technical support while I was away. Also a big shoutout to the awesome family member’s in our Slack community that help each other out too! Thank you all!
These past few weeks with lots of driving have given me many hours to meditate and think on well everything! From what I accomplished and was consistent with in the in 2016, to what I have to ramp up/improve upon and what my intentions are for 2017.
I also had a very profound, enlightening and kinda scary moment late last night. Between getting to reflect on my past, reading old poems, journals, watching some of my previous videos and last night’s interesting episode… I am ready to boldly take the steps forward necessary to let my light shine on high.
I’m looking forward to sharing more with you this upcoming week on all of this and more!
So where did I go these past weeks? I went on a road trip with my daughter from New Jersey to North Carolina and then to my home state Florida. It was nice to see some of our loved ones we haven’t seen in awhile, but it was also bittersweet.
Here are a few pics from this past weekend with some of our family:
Hope you have an awesome weekend family and enjoy your training!
Make sure to check out the latest Abbot Critique too, Bruce is allowing us to share his critique with all the family members! It’s a great training tool and we greatly appreciate him allowing us to share it with you!

Happy New Year!

Thank you Tom! So happy to be back! And yes, it is important to have a great support system to help you through life’s ups and downs. Some of those are my blood relatives but even more are the family I have chosen along the way. Happy 2017 brother!

You are most welcome brother, we look forward to having you be a part of our family soon! I am not sure if this will help or not Bryan, but have you checked out our Ngo Dac Na 101 course? This might be a great way to get started with us in the meantime (it’s $9.97/mo), you can check it out here: stage.entershaolin.com/start
We will definitely keep doing what we are doing brother, we have lots of great plans for Enter Shaolin this year and beyond! Blessings!
