Before I get into the women’s self defense part of this…
What’s up, folks! I know you hear us say it often, but it’s true that it’s been one busy week with the holiday and the kids having half days and continually upgrading the flow of Enter Shaolin, not just on the back end but also on the front end for those who are finding us for the first time.
I know you hear us say it often, but it’s true that it’s been one busy week with the kids having half days and the holiday.
In addition to completing this week’s updates for you, we were successful in publishing some content on social media and, of course, we filmed some new content as well! 🙂
Check out this women’s self defense on how to deal with someone grabbing your wrist or arms:
This simple women’s self defense method works well and is easy to understand and implement.
The next video that was sent to us was obtained because the Wushu school that our girls attend was asked to perform at a competition.
It is actually a competition that is held on a global scale, and Jamie captured some amazing footage that I haven’t had the opportunity to edit and provide to you just yet. Middletown, New York served as the location of the gathering.
Wushu Demo Southern Fist Meets Northern Foot
I hope to have that additional video content uploaded to this site for you guys at some point in the not too distant future. For the time being, please enjoy this demonstration of the team’s Wushu skills. In the very beginning of the performance, the little girl on the left is actually my daughter.
One more straightforward strategy that is also effective in self-defense is going to be presented to you now.
The fact that these strategies are simple to master and can be carried out in a reasonable amount of time is one of the many reasons I find them to be so appealing;
anyone, with just a little bit of training, is capable of putting these strategies into action when they are required.
We hope you enjoyed your week and look forward to talking to you again next week.
Now on to your training…
