Hey family, how have you been?
We have a had a wild and crazy week. But we are going to keep on moving and persevering!
We just got back to our normal filming schedule. So look forward to some more new training videos next week.
Sifu Larry got his staples out. Not only did he say it hurt, but it also made him feel extra sensitive in those areas. Despite all the pain he is going through, he is definitely fairing well, even his doctors say so.
He attributes this to his Kung Fu especially Qigong and Tai Chi and all the health changes he has been making over the past several months.

I’m glad to see Sifu Larry doing good. The diet info is interesting, I’ve been moving more towards less meat and more plants for the past several years (sometimes doing good, sometimes not so much)It has improved my heath as has cutting way back on sweets.
Just a side note, the bugs you hear in the tree above you are cicadas.

So glad you have been experimenting with improving your health. And yes cutting back on sweets is pivotal!
We all have our ups and downs, the important thing is to get back up and keep moving forward. Each time becomes less and less. Food is seriously addictive, especially processed foods, sugary foods, and dairy as well.
There’s a whole chemical reaction and process to the why. So that’s why for many it is a hard habit to kick completely. I will have to do a blog post on that and share more. It’s crazy and interesting stuff!
