The lazy days of Summer are upon us. But here at Enter Shaolin we are full steam ahead. That doesn’t mean we won’t dip our toes in some water and watch the sunset or even take a day off to just play and breath for a bit. It means that we will make the most of each moment and of each day. 🙂
As each day passes we will be more and more organized, more and more efficient, more and more effective, more and more productive!
We will keep growing, keep climbing and remembering to take a break here and there so we will have the energy to keep moving forward. We are super excited about this next phase and these new challenges. It’s time to grow some more and uplevel. 🙂
Last week we didn’t hear much from you all on your real ‘why’. Why not? Did you not get a chance to do the homework? Check out this post and follow it through to get all the details. Seriously, do this for you and to stay in the know. Let us know on that post in the comments section what your chunked out ‘why’ is. 😉
This week we got some more music done, lots of masterminding and piecing together crucial parts for this next phase. We are going to be migrating to a new hosting company this weekend (when I say we, I really mean me! LOL!). There may be some small downtime, however I will do my best to keep you all in the loop on when, etc.
This new host will help us speed up our site but also will save us some cash too, bonus!
We also got another song out. This one is for those days when you need a quick power nap and want to make the most of a short nap. I tried it 2x this week and both times it felt like I slept a lot longer than 10 minutes and both times I felt super refreshed.
I’ve also only missed one day of Qigong this week, only because I had went swimming and did my own form of Qigong in the water. I was beyond ready for sleep and seriously slept like a baby. Last week I had missed 2 days. One thing is for sure, I don’t do good missing more than a day. I really feel it.
If you need to fall asleep fast whether for a full night’s rest or for a power nap, make sure to check it out and let us know what you think. 🙂 If you are listening before bed, do a 10 minute Qigong session. That combined with this sleep music will have you waking up ready to take on the day!
