Hey Family, how are you? Hope you are doing awesome!
I am going to keep this written part short as we created a video update for you detailing what’s on the horizon, why there was no Q&A today and much more. We share about the ambassador aka affiliate program, a new C.O.R.E training challenge we are working on as well as some music we are working on.
And there’s another goodie that will help you with last week’s homework assignment from Sifu Larry posted here.

Drop us a line or two in the comments section and let us know 3 reasons you are training Kung Fu with us. This should be easy if you did your homework from last week.
Make sure to also schedule 10 minutes a day to really chunk out your why. (If you watched the video above, then you know what I am talking about!)

Before you head to the new training of the week, while we didn’t have a Q&A today, we do have one for you from Tuesday evening. 🙂
WATCH: Enter Shaolin’s Kung Fu Training Q&A:
I have been thinking of creating a whole series of Qigong related Tees as it’s been extremely pivotal in my health & wellness as well as many others as you probably gathered from the Q&A.
Would you be interested in some style specific tees to share your love of Kung Fu? Let me know that and your 3 reasons for doing Kung Fu in the comments below.
Now on to your training…

Three reasons I train with Enter Shaolin
1) My health needs improviny
2) The ease of getting questions answered and the willingness of the “family”to help
3) The ease of the website to get to all the training you want to achieve
I would love some tees that are Kung Fu style specific! Qigong, Tai Chi, Chin Na would be awesome to have!!!!
Why do I do Kung Fu?
1. Kung Fu is awesome! Seems like the cornerstone of all martial arts, and it’s applicable to every moment of the day, not just combat.
2. I need to engage in some kind of practice for my overall health and wellbeing. Kung Fu is a fun way to do that, and you get bad ass in the process.
3. I like to show my young kids the movements and practice in the hopes they may gravitate to it someday. Their potential is so much wider than my own so who knows..maybe it’ll take…..then, if reincarnation is true and I make it back to my own family line, perhaps I could start training earlier in life from them 🙂
I don’t have tee suggestions, but my goal is to make it 1st through Ngo Dac Na 101, and then I will reward myself with a Ngo Dac Na sweatshirt.
revise #3…..maybe I could train in a future incarnation with my great great grandkids…not my own kids. I’m in no rush!
Enjoy the journey brother!
3 reasons to learn kung fu from Enter Shaolin:
1. The teachers really know their stuff. They are the real deal. I feel I learn so much from every video.
2. I have tried other martial arts, but kung fu is my favorite. Also, Ngo Dac Na is so interesting and can be applied in so many ways.
3. Self-defense and improving my health & confidence.
As for the tshirts, I like all the designs but if you want to make more, go for it!
Awesome reasons Virginia! Thank you for sharing. 🙂
The shirts we currently have are our uniform type ones which I love too! The ones I am thinking of creating in addition to that are specific topic based ones. Like wisdom from Qigong, Tai Chi, Wing Chun, etc. Just to give people more fun ways to share what they love and create some more casual designs for everyday.
