Kung Fu Lessons Online – Basic Concept Explained

KUNG FU LESSONS ONLINE

In general, there are three primary methods that someone can use to give you a bear hug. They are able to give you a high bear hug while also grabbing you by the wrist and the elbow.

This video is going to discuss the situation in which someone gives you a bear hug while holding you by the elbow. When you are being hugged by a bear, one of the first things you should do is let one of your legs move forward and descend to the ground.

In addition to this, you should pin the hands. You will be able to maneuver and exert control over your opponent using your arms and elbows if you pin the hands of your opponent. This by itself is not sufficient protection; if you do nothing, you will be struck at some point in the future.

You are going to receive instruction on the four fundamental strikes that can stun an opponent. The ability to perform these strikes that shock the opponent will buy you time to either defend yourself or escape the situation.

  • The Head Butt
  • The Butt Butt
  • The Shin Stomp
  • The Groin Shot

Watch the video to learn how to do these techniques properly

Best Online Kung Fu Training

Have you ever considered learning kung fu through an online course? You may have an interest in Kung Fu as a way of life, and if that is the case, you have found the appropriate location. As you can see, we have a significant number of videos available on our primary YouTube channel.

That’s nothing compared to the videos you get when you join our martial art family. While we teach Wing Chun, Tai Chi, Qigong, Chin Na, and others.

What we have that is unique just to us is our Ngo Dac Na martial art system.

What Is Ngo Dac Na?

A system of principles based on physics is the easiest way I can explain it. What Ngo Dac Na will teach you is how to use your martial art techniques, from any martial art system and make them more effective. We do that by teaching you body connection and we teach you how to interpret what a person’s intentions are through sensitivity training.

I wish you had a studio out on the West Coast. Enjoy your philosophy on martial arts. I have taken many styles and now understand why I do certain moves to counter. Understanding the mechanics and mindset is great.

One day, God willing we will have studios around the world. However, since that time is not now, it is one of the main reasons we started our online training program… So we can help people across the globe have access to Sifu Phu’s important teachings.

    Hi All,

I was wondering if there is a video in the training hall that would be used as a follow up combination for once you escape the bear hug.
I train in To-Shin-Do (Ninjitsu) also, and we are working on that this month. We end up wrist locking a hand and throwing from it. I would like to know what the Ngo Dac Na method after escape would be.

Thank you, and have a great day!
    Andy
