One of the reasons we wanted to open up a women’s self defense section inside our Enter Shaolin membership site was to be able to help empower women with simple self-defense techniques that work. It’s also because we have seen some seriously bad ideas in the women’s self-defense realm. From telling women to just get raped and a slew of other methods that won’t work against someone who is strong let alone skilled…
I Could Have Used A Women’s Self Defense course
It would be an understatement to say that there is a lot of poor advice out there to show women how to defend themselves, but they certainly are. As a woman who was in an abusive marriage for seven years, one of my goals in life is to ensure that both men and women have access to the resources they need to protect themselves.
Even though I was able to protect myself from my husband’s attempts to hurt me and beat me, I did not have these tools and had I done so, I would have been able to put an end to his assaults on me much more quickly.
And I don’t just want to talk about the physical tools you’ll need; I also want to talk about tools that will help your mind, your body, and your spirit.
Because I am aware that if your mind, body, and spirit are all in harmony with one another and in a state of balance, there is a much lower probability that you will ever find yourself in a circumstance that requires you to be aware of these things.
If, on the other hand, this is the case, you will be in a better position to deal with the circumstances if you are not only whole but also balanced.
When I first met the man who would later become my ex-husband, I was not only unable to see right through him, but I also failed to heed the warnings that my body was trying to convey to me. If I had been healthy and balanced at the time, I would have been able to see through him.
I have personal experience with the negative consequences that result when we do not maintain a healthy equilibrium, and I want to do everything in my power to ensure that this will never befall you. On another occasion, we will deliberate further on those matters.
Right now, I’d like to show you a quick and straightforward method of self-defense that you can use. And of course, this is something that can be utilized by either a man or a woman. In point of fact, I strongly encourage the men who frequent our website to check out and practice the women’s self-defense techniques as well.
These techniques are universal, and the men on our site never know when one of these straightforward methods will be the one to save their life. I would also like to encourage all of you to teach these lessons to the people you care about and help them become more knowledgeable about them.
Like in all things, practice is important and you should never use these methods to be the aggressor, rather use them as protection from someone trying to harm you or someone else.

Awesome video!!
There are so many ways to defend ourselves. But o course if we get correct guidance, no one will ever get hurt or will become scapegoat of criminal heads and unexpected attackers.
I believe that your video should be circulated more so that more and more people could get aware of the tactics to save themselves from any kind of mishaps in future.
Seeing the rise in the crime rate on daily bases, self defense training and carrying self defense tools have become a big necessity these days.
