We are also thinking about adding 2 live online Kung Fu classes a week, this would be an additional feature for those who want to take advantage of it.
We haven’t figured out all the details, but basically it would be for those that want to be able to get an online lesson and be able to get help and critiques live and interactive. We would use Zoom, so participants could share their camera when they need help or want a critique.
What do you think?
Let us know below in this poll. 🙂

Hi Jamie,
This is the basic foundation of Tai Chi…
Here are the 8 energies:
掤 (péng, to expand/ward off),
捋 (lǚ, to divert/roll back),
挤 (jǐ, to press),
按 (àn, to push),
采 (cǎi, to pluck),
挒 (liě, to split),
肘 (zhǒu, to strike with the elbow), and
靠 (kào, to lean/strike with the torso).

Hey yes, we are familiar with that, just wasn’t familiar with the terminology the brother was using when he was talking about it. We covered that in the Q&A.

Hello family. I think the live training lessons are a great idea, I don’t know how I would work it. But at lease it would be available to me when I need it. Although I train, I’m also a full time carer for my mum who is a diabetic and stroke patient. A few months ago, I requested a wheelchair for her, which she received last week, as she finds it a little more difficult to walk these days, especially when it comes to hospital appointments for which she has quite a few coming over next few months of this year. Last week Friday was her Birthday, she is now 82. Mum has good days and some bad ones, it’s kinda 50/50 as to what state of mind mum is going to be in when she wakes up. So what I’m able to do during the day/night is totally dependent upon mum’s state of mind. Which is one of the main reasons I have not attended any of the seminars to date. I have stated this in previous emails before. But I believe that everything in life, good or bad, happens for a reason, it’s not always clear to us what that reason is or may be, but until such time, I just leave it in the hands of God, and pray every day and night in Jesus name and do what I have to do. When the time is right, he will let me know, my faith is strong. I’ve almost finished the NDN 101 course and have learnt a lot since I became a member of Enter Shaolin, sometime back in November 2018. There is so much to learn it’s overwhelming and exciting. So I do not want to be rushing through this course of training and education. I am currently at week 43. I’m looking forward to the new NDN 102 course when it comes, hopefully I will have finished NDN 101 by that time. I hope one day to touch hands and feel the energy. Until then, respect and God bless.
