Hey Family, we got this weeks updates ready for you! We added a new module in the C.O.R.E. Training section called “Monthly Conditioning”. In this new module we will be putting up exercise routines that you should master over the period of a month. This is how Sifu Phu trains as well as Sifu Larry.
I will be starting this training too on the first day of this new week. Generally, I like to vary stuff up every other week. However, see the benefits of being consistent with the same routine for a month, so I am excited to see how my body changes during this time.
For those of you viewing our site from a laptop, computer or tablet, the community chat is now over on the lower left side . On the right is our new live support/help chat. So if you see we are on and need some help you could just email us or better yet click on the support chat and get some help right then and there.
We hope this will help us provide even better member support to you and hopefully be able to help those inquiring about Enter Shaolin too.
Sifu Larry and I will be normally available M-F 9am-6pm EST, unless we are filming which then it will show we are away and you can leave us a message.
Yay, that’s one thing crossed off our Enter Shaolin May goal list!
Other than that, the past few days we have experienced a some outages. Yesterday was due to a plugin needing to be updated, which has been promptly taken care of. Today one of out databases had an issue, so the site was down for about 20 minutes, however this is also now resolved.
If any of these outages interrupted your training, we are sorry and will continue as always to take care of technical challenges that arise as fast as possible.
