Enter Shaolin Updates | What’s New This Week 05/15/15

May 15, 2015 By Enter Shaolin 6 Comments

What a week family! For those of you who keep up on our emails we send out, you know exactly what I mean. Talk about some serious growing pains!

The good news is the site is updated to the new server and the site is moving a lot faster between that and the database optimization we had done.

I just wanted to clarify as we had a few members skim the email I sent out about growing pains and the next one about Joe wanting to know if his price would stay the same… Some how they thought their membership price was going to raise.

I highly suggest not skimming the emails we send you because if you do, there might be a chance you misunderstand something pretty major, like thinking we are going to do something unethical and charge you more.

Not to mention our emails generally are informative, inspiring and comical at times, so really there is only benefits to reading every word. 😉

I just wanted to re-clarify that whatever price you joined Enter Shaolin at is the price you will have as long as you stay an active member.

The price increase warning should only concern you, if you want to upgrade to a yearly or lifetime membership. If you do, get on it and email me at support@entershaolin.com and let me know which one you want to upgrade to. By taking action ASAP, you can get the lowest prices and on top of that get our May Member discount (15% off) making it even more of a steal deal.

And remember, do not tell Sifu Phu or Sifu Larry about this discount I am giving you, keep that between us. 😉

(Thankfully they don’t read these updates, phew!)

Now for some more good news, hey after a week of craziness we can all use more good news, right?

Next week you will be able to get Enter Shaolin hoodies, t-shirts, kids clothing and then some! We found a solution and I am working on getting the designs ready so we have them ready for you to buy. 🙂

Now let’s talk about your training… Are you doing the weekly lessons? What about the monthly C.O.R.E. training routine?

Sifu Larry and I have been busting them out! Even sometimes at 8:30pm at night. Seriously, there is no excuses except if you are injured of course. Sifu Larry hasn’t been doing the Iron Pillars with me due to an injury he has. With the assistance of the Tampa lawyers for auto accidents, who helped him to file an injury compensation that ensures that he will be in good shape and back to form in no time. To reclaim any loss of the properties, it is better to contact the auto insurance company and negotiate with them with the help of the lawyers, so that the right and deserved money will be given back to you.

I have been alternating every other day the Iron Pillars with Stick Kicks. I’m up to 100 reps except for the Iron Pillars and Stick Kicks with the jong, I am at 50 for both, that means the stick kicks I am doing 100 total as there are 2 exercises in the Stick Kicks you can see them here. I am surprisingly not as sore as I expected. That must mean I am getting stronger faster than I realized (YAY!). So this week I am increasing them to 75.

Sifu Larry also had me add 500 cycle punches as of yesterday. Feel the burn! 😉

So far I have been feeling stronger and have had more energy, which have all been much needed for all the extra hours we have been putting in this week here at Enter Shaolin to say the least.

Comment in the comments section on what you are doing, how you are feeling and any results you have thus far. I was bad and did not take before pictures (front, side, back) this past week, however I am going to do that this weekend plus take my measurements and record my weight. I suggest you do the same! I am going to do this once a month to track my progression monthly.

For those of you who are following our Ngo Dac Na 101 beginner course here is Lesson 5!

As we get the time, we are going back and re-filming some of our training videos. This time we re-shot the full  Yang style Tai Chi form, make sure to check it out.
