Dear Sifu , I know that breathing is important for martial arts . But is it also true when you have your breathing under control you can do more setup and also better control opponent punches . Is this correct and what should you do with your breathing? Thank you Sifu

Breathing is the root of everything. Without proper breathing you simply can’t function at 100%.
