Hey family, how are you this week? Life has a way of throwing curve balls at you when you least expect it. Just when you feel like you are making progress something or someone throws a monkey wrench into your plans. But regardless you have to keep moving forward. And that pretty much sums up our week. We will share more about that next week as we are still going through the detour. LOL!
No worries, we are going to keep moving forward and we hope you will too!
WATCH: Keep moving forward!
I love this speech, it comes from a place of truth. You absolutely have to keep moving forward and fighting the good fight. You might not be able to change the things going on around you, but you can choose to keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep moving forward. Sometimes things are going to break, sometimes things are going to get you down and that’s okay.
You decide how you are going to handle life. You can choose to handle it in breakdown mode or you can use your experiences to help you grow stronger, wiser, more focused etc…

Learning Kung Fu can be one of the most difficult challenges in your life. It requires commitment, sacrifice, letting go of your ego, having patience and the ability to keep moving forward.
Becoming the best you isn’t a goal or destination it’s a journey. As long as you draw breath you will continue to grow and learn new things. This decision you made to train with us here at Enter Shaolin isn’t something we take lightly nor is it something you should take lightly.
Becoming a great martial artist requires just one thing. Just keep moving forward. 🙂
You can do this and we are here to cheer you on all the way!
While this week did not go as planned, we still accomplished a lot despite the challenges. We faced a lot of unexpected technical difficulties migrating our site to a new host. Despite a lot of challenges migrating to a new host which meant a lot of extra hours for us both, Sije Jamie being on the phone, sending emails and being in chats with tech support for hours and hours and having her shoulder be dislocated during a video last week on top of that… Lets just say things didn’t go as planned. There were times we wanted to just throw in the towel, but we knew that wasn’t an option.
Incase you are wondering Sije Jamie’s shoulder is better, thankfully we were able to get it back in without a trip to the ER. Halleluyah!
So what that we didn’t get to finish our music of the week, so what we lost a sale because our site got messed up with Paypal during the move and the person didn’t give us a chance to fix the issue, so what we didn’t get to do another live for you all, so what last week’s update couldn’t go out, so what we spent hours and hours chasing our tail on tech issues, so what Jamie’s shoulder got dislocated, so what we only got a day to film with Sifu Phu vs. two weeks as previously planned.
So what, because regardless we are going to keep moving forward.
What we accomplished despite all the crazy obstacles and detours this week is pretty awesome. Not only is there a lot of free Kung Fu training available for all to benefit from, there’s also a lot of great training for our awesome members too. And Patrons, we even got a new video for you!
