WHAT'S NEW @ ENTER SHAOLIN?Hey family! I hope everyone has been having a great week. We have this week’s updates ready for you, but first check out some of the stuff we have been doing lately.

Here is last week’s Podcast Sije Jamie and myself did. We talk about ways you can overcome depression. We wanted to share our experiences and how we have been able to beat depression naturally. Hopefully this podcast helps you or someone you love be able to beat depression and just feel better in general. Enjoy!

This is a very informative podcast! Much of what you talked about I can relate to. I’ve often described depression like a mental and emotional prison where there is no escape. I guess that is the helpessness that we experience.
The breathing tip is one of the most valuable steps because there is noticeable connections between our states of mind when we are calm or excited. When things get unbareable I refuse to take pharmaceuticals. I don’t need to the addiction. If I could add one thing…if depression seems impossible to overcome, surrender the pain to God and let him take over the wheel. We’re only human 🙂

Hi Russell that’s okay. Just don’t go as deep down till your body gets stronger. This exercise is definitely a hard one.
