Hey family! How have you been this week? I hope you & yours are doing well!
Before we get to your new training, I want to share some of what is going on behind the scenes here at Enter Shaolin. We’ve been met with some challenges these past few months with raising the rest of the capital we need to finish some pivotal projects. One being DVDs and the other the Roku Enter Shaolin Lite program.
We greatly underestimated our initial amount needed to get both of these finished. Apparently my original thought of 40k was correct, though I think Sifu Larry and I were really hoping 20k would cut it and it would have been so close if we didn’t run into some technical difficulties. And that’s because much like renovating a house, integrating and adding new technologies can come with it’s surprise costs once you start digging into things.
It’s all good though, like all challenges it just means we got to roll up our sleeves and put some more hours in. We are working extra hours to be able to create more free info to help share Enter Shaolin with others which the more we are able to market and share the free videos and blog posts we provide, the more Enter Shaolin is seen and the faster we can raise the rest of the capital to get these pivotal pieces of Enter Shaolin finished.
Speaking of blog posts, Sifu Larry wrote a good one yesterday on The 3 Most Important Virtues In Martial Arts Training, if you haven’t read it and commented on it yet, make sure you do! 🙂
If you love what we do here (which you must, because well you are here and reading this…), please make sure to share blog posts, things we post on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and the videos we share on YouTube on your favorite social media outlets. We have easy sharing buttons on the top and bottom of each blog post and YT & the other social platforms make sharing pretty easy too. What else can you do? Comment on our posts and YT videos. Believe it or not, it helps greatly to a. create buzz and b. create a community.
I also got almost all the info you need for our Pittsburgh, PA event, so close!!! Here are the main details and tomorrow night I will be emailing you with the full details. 🙂
While things haven’t gone as planned much at all lately which reminds me how sometimes these things happen in our Kung Fu training too; in all cases it’s all good and we have to remember to be calm, cool and collected. Throw that in with some discipline, focus and patience and you have a recipe for success. And that’s not all we pray too; over Enter Shaolin, over you, over ourselves, for guidance and much more. But no worries, even if you aren’t the praying type, the other stuff will still work for you, promise!
While I had something much more grandeur planned for this post and also planned to get it out to you much earlier in the day, things happen and I am just going to go with the flow. I know when things are suppose to happen they will, I just got to do my part and The Almighty will do the rest.
I hope you enjoy this week’s training family and I pray we will see you in Pittsburgh, make sure to keep an eye out for that email tomorrow. I look forward to seeing you soon!!!

Hey Jamie!
Hope all is well…my question is if I go to the seminar, can I bring my family and can they watch without training or paying the seminar fee?
Jamie Pelaez says
Hey Gil, unfortunately no as to get into the conference hall for the U.S.A.I.M.A.A. you have to have a wrist band which is only provided for those that registered.
As for our seminar, we pay per person for the size of room and the refreshments, since it isn’t a room any bigger than the size needed for those who paid, it wouldn’t be possible to have family or others just there to watch. It’s a pretty hands on intimate experience.
We will be filming, so they could watch it later, though I know that doesn’t address your concern. However, Pittsburgh has a lot to do. I know there are some people that do bring their family and if the family isn’t there to learn, then the family usually goes sight seeing, shopping, etc. Maybe that is an option for you?
