Hey family!
Hope you had an awesome blessed and productive week. How is your training going?
Do you need any help?
If you do and it’s on a specific lesson, please make sure to comment under the lesson you need assistance on.
If it is something else, like needing help figuring out what training to concentrate on for your goals, just email us at support[at]entershaolin.com and we will be glad to help create a regimen for your needs.
Speaking of customer service! I know we have our hours posted in the member’s page, on the contact form, etc. However, I just wanted to let you know generally it takes 1-2 business days to hear back from us.
Our normal working hours are M-F 9-6pm EST.
On occasion, if we happen to see a major issue come through on our off hours, we will obviously make sure to take care of it then. Still feel free to send in your requests, when ever is convenient for you. If you haven’t heard back from us in more than 3 days, please resend your request as every once in awhile a request hits the spam folder or never makes it to us. Gotta love technology! 😉
I just like to give you that rule of thumb, as we want to be able to help you as fast as possible. 🙂
This week we have been steadily working on the new Ngo Dac Na 101 course, we got the first lesson almost done. These are going to be seriously in depth as one lesson will come out a week. For instance in this first lesson there are currently 6 videos along with text, PDFs, audio and a quiz.
We are looking forward to when we can roll it out to you, I know this will help a lot of people out… Hopefully, one of those people will be you!
As for my training, I’ve been still working on Sil Lum Tao, the first third of Tai Chi and also doing push hands and hands when a partner is available. On top of this I’ve been working on biking now that the weather is warming up and doing C.O.R.E. exercises. I’ve also been doing Qigong about every other day, working on getting back to my daily schedule.
What about you? What have you been working on? Let us know, in the comments below. 🙂
Now on to your training…
