Now on to your training…

Here is what’s new at Enter Shaolin this week:

Wing Chun

  • Muk Jong Breakdown – Set 2  – In this video we continue breaking down the Muk Jong Techniques that are hidden in the form.
  • Sensitivity Drill – Gripping and Anti – Gripping – Sensitivity training is very important to your overall ability. I highly recommend you practice them.

Tai Chi

  • Tai Chi Applications – Stork Spreads Wings – Primarly used as a defense if someone is pushing you. Watch the breakdown of this often misunderstood technique.

Chin Na

  • The Dislodge Technique – Quick and effective this deadly technique can instantly subdue your attacker.

A lesson I learned was this… Practice does NOT make perfect… Practice makes PERMANENT. I like the reminder, to keep track of daily life motion and fluency. Kung fu is a life style, not just a form of combat.
