Hey family, how are you? We hope you are all healthy and doing well. It’s been a bit crazy here at Enter Shaolin. I’ve been battling some crazy cold off and on since I went to the Gym on the 1st. Sije Jamie got hit earlier in the week and thankfully as I write this we are both almost 100%.
Now to just stay moving forward. Needless to say we didn’t get as much done as we planned. There was lots of resting, recouping and making sure to get plenty of healing herbs, teas and foods into our system.
Gratefully we both rarely get sick, but man was this one stubborn cold.

Oh and speaking of healing, Sije Jamie is going to film me doing my sick Qigong routine for you. So look forward to that in the next update as well as Jamie’s Tonic recipe. It’s hardcore and I am convinced it’s why she wasn’t sick as long as me. She doesn’t mess around. 😉
This week we had to cancel the Q&A since we both were not feeling so good and needed the rest. We will be back to our normal schedule this upcoming week and Sifu Phu will be back in the office too.
