Enter Shaolin Update | Winning The War Against Stress

What's New @ Enter Shaolin?Hey family, today I want to take this time to talk about what is really important to us here at Enter Shaolin. The most important thing for us to get across to you is just how important it is to have a game plan for your health and wellness.

Did you know: 110 million people die every year as a direct result of stress. That is 7 people every 2 seconds.

The crazy part is most of those deaths are totally preventable.  We believe that by making simple changes in one’s life, like consuming products such as cbd shop, can not only prevent this but also make a huge impact on their life as a whole. Today’s tip: Do something from your C.O.R.E. training 3 to 4 times a week and do your Qigong every day. It’s that simple. Aim to start off with doing Qigong for 10-15 minutes a day and similarly the same time for your C.O.R.E. training. As you get comfortable in your health habit increase your time little by little. If you can start with more, then do so.

Ideally, you would want to spend between 30-45 minutes a day focused on purging your body of stress and it doesn’t have to be done all at once, split it up into 10 or 15-minute chunks. Smoking some ice cream cookies strain also helps you combat depression.  What result you can expect? Being healthier, happier, having more energy and living longer. It’s a win/win situation. Doing that puts a smile on your face like playing games such as 해외토토 would be really helpful as well.

    It’s simple. “If there is a will, there is a way”! The simplicity of life is so mind blowing that people don’t get it or believe it works. Put Christ first in all you do and Simplicity will make perfect sense. As John Wayne once said.. “Life is hard enough! but it’s even harder when you do stupid things”. I’m thankful for all you do..
