Hey family, how are you?
It’s been a bit hectic this past week, however, we are counting our blessings and moving forward!
One of our good friends found out he may have cancer, it’s not finalized yet, however, the CAT scan showed there’s a mass on his left kidney and some spots on his liver.
So while he waits on doctor’s, etc. I am helping him fight in the spiritual realm as well as the physical realm.
In the spiritual, we are going through what is called deliverance and in the physical, we are replacing any chemical based cleaners, personal care products, etc. with all natural healthy alternatives. All the things I recommend for everyone, meaning don’t wait to take better care of yourself inside and out. There’s no better day to start than today. 🙂
We are also switching his diet to a mucusless diet which in this case is a raw food based diet or as I like to call it the Genesis diet. We are keeping it simple to make it easy on him with big salads and lots of juicing.
Also through his spiritual faith, he is renewing his mind, learning to remember God’s promises, ridding himself of negative talk and when a not so great thought comes to him, he’s knocking it out and replacing it with a positive alternative.
I’ve done tons of research on those that have beat cancer vs. those that don’t and bought him all kinds of books and some key supplements as well as took him shopping to navigate his new way of living.
I am also giving him chi massages and reflexology massages with olive oil, frankincense and other essential oils. He is currently doing Qigong (10 basic exercises) 1-2x a day, resting anytime his body feels he needs to nap, light cardio and some calisthenic type exercises like what we have in C.O.R.E. training area.
This upcoming week he is going to start Essiac tea, specific supplements, Qigong 2-3x a day, rebounding and soaking several times a week in Epsom Salt to help with detoxing and also increasing magnesium absorption.
He has bloodwork to get done this week and will see an oncologist in about a month and get a MRI and Ultrasound. Our goal is to keep everything positive and to give his body the best it can have inside and out to aid in the healing process.
As each week progresses, we will add a few more things to increase the healing process.
I will be sharing more about each element as time goes on because I know there are others dealing with similar health issues and challenges that might not realize how many people have healed from such challenges with making simple changes to increase their immune system and overall life.
If you are the praying type, I’d love the extra prayer help praying for my friend’s full recovery and restoration! Thank you in advance, prayer warriors!
Speaking of prayers, last week I sent out a message asking if anyone needed prayers on our Enter Shaolin FB page as well as my private page. I got quite a few requests on both.
My goal is to pray for these individuals at least once a day, which iso far has been my evening prayers and then this upcoming week to start to do a morning and evening prayer session for them.
What about you? Is there something I can pray about for you? If so, please do not hesitate to let me know in the comments or via email, so I can add you on to the prayer list too. 🙂

You and your friend will be in my prayers always 🙁 I have been bad and not participating as much lately as other things have gotten in the way of any extras that I truly miss. I will get back in the swing as soon as my health gets better. I love and miss you all!

Hey brother, I am sorry you are having a hard time. Let’s talk soon! In the meantime, don’t let go of the things that can help you heal faster, make time for them, even if it’s just 10 minutes 3x a day. Do what you can, your body will thank you! Love you brother and adding you to our prayer list!

I’ll add this person to my prayer list. There is power in prayer. I know several people that have been healed of cancers, tumors, and other things. God created all things and can heal all sickness and disease. As it is written, speaking of Christ Jesus, by His stripes we are healed.
Healings I know took place: family friend who I know from childhood was healing of breast cancer, woman I know was healed of tumors on her thyroid, a man I have known for years was healed of lymphoma.
I do feel a bit selfish asking for prayer for a business my wife and I are starting up. It is a woodworking business. My wife wanted to learn woodworking as she saw how fun it was when I was doing it. She has learned much about turning wood on a lathe. We decided to start a small business that will include online sales and craft fairs.
Thank you folks for being here as an encouragement and help to others.

Absolutely, many have and I know my friend will as well as they are believing on all of God’s promises and going right to His farmacy. We are attacking this thing on all fronts, mind, body and spirit.
So happy to hear you have seen so many healings!
And it’s not selfish to ask for prayers for a business to thrive. God has called us to be in the marketplace as well. We appreciate any prayers we get for Enter Shaolin and then some. 🙂
I will add you both to our prayer list! You are so welcome brother!
