Hey family! Hope your week has been going well. Time really flies when you’re busy busy. Currently we are in the process of moving the videos we filmed back in 2014 to our new video hosting provider.
That is approximately 300 something videos. Many of the videos I want to add into the Ngo Dac Na 101 course are still on our old video hosting provider, which is why we haven’t put out a new lesson in awhile.
Basically what I have to do is download the video from the old provider, then upload the video to the new hosting provider and finally change out the videos on the actual lessons pages. Which is tedious and time consuming to say the least.
What this means is that before I can continue to work on the Ngo Dac Na 101 course and the Ngo Dac Na Level 1 certification course, I have to first get all the videos moved over to our permanent video hosting provider.
The reason why this has come back to bite us in the butt is because when we launched Enter Shaolin the solution we have now wasn’t available. It was costing us a small fortune in bandwidth cost using our old video provider we have a much better deal with our new one and it seems to work better with most devices as well. So between the savings and compatibility, we are making the transition over.
Every week I am working on moving videos and I hope to be done with the process very soon. For those of you who are in the Ngo Dac Na 101 course it stops at lesson 14. I am sorry about that, as soon as I get those videos transferred I will continue working on getting new lessons up for you.
What we recommend is using these weekly updates for part of your new training for the week and/or choosing 2-4 videos from whichever areas you would like to concentrate on. If you are not sure where to start, feel free to contact us here and let us know what your training goals are and we will help create a plan for you.
This week we did get some social media stuff out there for you and will go back to our 4 a week next week.
Here is a quick self-defense technique using the hair grab when someone is trying to choke you:

We hope you have been enjoying our quick self-defense tips as much as we have enjoyed making them for you!
This upcoming week we will be working on the first stage of getting our first DVDs created. Just to give you a heads up the first will be the 5 free video lesson you probably saw before deciding to join the family. You can access the videos on your members homepage here.
After that we are going to have the Pittsburgh live and private seminar footage from this past fall put together. We also have plans for some a C.O.R.E. training series and also the Sil Lum Tao webinar series. In case you are wondering if there will ever be a time we offer everything we have here in the training vault on DVD the answer is no. And that is because we want to keep our family members having exclusive content they can’t get anywhere else. That means we will be picking an choosing wisely what we release on DVD and what we keep exclusive for you. 🙂
Other than that Jamie is still testing out affiliate systems, we are looking forward to getting that out to you soon and want to help you find training partners too with the idea of making training clubs, more on that soon.
This week’s quote is all about defeating the enemy within.
Check out our Kung Fu quote of the week by Shi Su Yan:
Train tirelessly to defeat the greatest enemy, yourself, and to discover the greatest master, yourself.” – Shi Su Yan
You will become the best master for you once have conquered the enemy within. We all have unique things to bring to the table, we just have to defeat our greatest enemy to unlock our greatest self.
It’s a long journey, but you are worth it and we are all in this together. Let’s get it!
Now on to your training…

Can you do that to him again, I didn’t see it… 🙂

I need to call and talk to someone. I need to find a good kung-fu school in the Los Angeles area so that I can get more from Sifu. I wish that I was closer to you and I wish that I was younger. Neither is the case, but I’m hoping you can help me.
Jamie Pelaez says
Hey Maurice, we don’t know anyone out that way personally. However, Dan Insonato’s Academy is out that way: http://www.inosanto.com Feel free to call us and talk to us here 1-844-9-KUNGFU (1-844-958-6438)
Another alternative would be getting some training partners to work with.

You guys do a wonderful job. Thanks. I’m wondering who your new video hosting provider will be and why you switched. I’m planning on a series of videos in my area of specialization (computer security), and would like to do as good a job as you do. Any advice? Thanks, Stu Henderson
Jamie Pelaez says
Thank you Stu! Congratulations on taking your skills and creating another income stream! That is awesome!
I just sent you an email with the details, but the main reason we switched as we said was to save money which we can now use towards our advertising budget to help spread the word about Enter Shaolin faster. 🙂
So in short we are switching to utilize our funds more efficiently.
